One person, Luxembourg, one narrow problem.
Feedmind is built by Ruud, from Luxembourg. There is no growth team, no roadmap of adjacent products and no ambition to become a suite. The company exists to answer one question well: can an AI assistant read, understand and quote your product pages, and if not, what exactly is in the way.
Where it came from
The work started as a favour. A friend running a bike accessory store could not understand why traffic held up while conversations about her products happened somewhere she could not see. Reading her product pages as a machine would read them made the answer obvious in an afternoon: the price arrived by JavaScript, no product carried an identifier, and the German pages were a third of the English ones.
None of that is exotic. It is the ordinary state of a catalog built from supplier feeds over five years. What was missing was a way to see it, and a way to fix it that did not mean rewriting two thousand pages by hand.
Why the score is free
Putting the diagnosis behind a card would have made the business easier to start and the product worse. A merchant should be able to find out that their catalog is fine and walk away without paying anyone. So the score, the dimensions, the product grades and the list of what to fix are free, permanently, and the subscription buys the ability to change your store rather than the ability to see it.
What we will not do
We will not promise rankings, placements or revenue lifts, because they happen inside systems no vendor controls. We will not publish to your store without your approval. We will not train models on your catalog. We will not add a feature because it demos well, and we will tell you in a call when Feedmind is the wrong tool for your situation.
Where it is going
More platforms than Shopify, when the connected experience on Shopify is genuinely finished. Deeper category question sets, because answerability is where the score is hardest and most valuable. Everything else is speculation, and the changelog is the honest record of what has actually shipped.

hello@getfeedmind.com reaches Ruud directly. So does the fifteen minute walkthrough, which is a screen share on your catalog rather than a sales call.
Full company details, including the registration number once incorporation completes, are on the imprint.
