Seeing your score is free, and stays free.

No. All prices are excluding VAT. At checkout we collect your country and, if you have one, your VAT identification number. A valid EU VAT ID outside Luxembourg means the invoice is reverse charged at zero percent. Without one, the applicable local VAT rate is added. The invoice states the treatment either way.

An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated: you are charged the difference for the remainder of the current period, and the higher catalog and credit limits apply straight away.

A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal date, not immediately. You keep the tier you paid for until the end of the period, then the lower limits apply. Nothing is deleted when limits shrink; products above the new limit stop being rescored.

Yes, from Plan and billing in the app, without contacting anyone. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your score history remains readable afterwards.

The score, the dimension breakdown and the product list stay visible, because the diagnosis is free. What stops is applying fixes, running rules, scheduled rescans and the insight feed.

Included plan credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Credits you purchase separately do not expire while your account is open.

Yes. Any paid tier starts with a 14 day free trial, for catalogs up to 25,000 products. A card is required to start it, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point in those 14 days without paying. If you would rather start without a card at all, the Free plan is that path.

On day 15, the first full month of the tier you chose. Nothing before that. We email you a reminder before the first charge, with the amount and the date in the message.

The trial becomes a paid subscription on the tier you trialled, and billing runs monthly from that date. If you cancel during the trial, the account drops to the Free plan: your score, history and product list stay readable, and applying fixes stops above the free limits.

Because at that size the trial would be a free month of the catalog add-on, which is metered work from the first day. Rather than dress that up, we leave the trial off above 25,000 products and keep the subscribe path open at the exact price the calculator shows.

One trial per account. If you trialled Starter and later want Growth, you subscribe directly and the upgrade is prorated in the usual way.

Rules based fixes applied to your store for up to 100 products at a time, 1 locale, and a monthly rescan. Nothing there limits the diagnosis: the public check on your domain reads your whole store at any size, with or without a plan. That is a working plan for a small shop, not a limited demo, and the deterministic work behind it, schema, identifier mapping, llms.txt and FAQ markup, is the same work the paid tiers do.

Included credits. The Free plan carries none, so nothing is drafted by default. You can buy credits at 4 cents each and run AI suggestions on the products you choose, which is the most expensive rate on the ladder. Beyond that, the reasons to move up are factual: more products, more locales, included credits, cheaper credits, faster rescans and the insight feed.

Scale plus the catalog add-on, computed in marginal bands: €20 per month per additional 1,000 products from 25,001 to 100,000, €15 per 1,000 from 100,001 to 500,000, and €10 per 1,000 above that. At 140,000 products that is €599 + 75 × €20 + 40 × €15 = €2,699 per month, and the add-on carries 1,000 credits per block, so all 140,000 products still run once a month. The calculator on this page shows the arithmetic for your own number, and you can subscribe at that price without talking to us.

No. The subscribe path is live at every catalog size, and the price you see is the price you pay. Above €5,000 per month we do put the invitation next to it, because at that size there is usually something worth arranging: annual invoicing, a security review, a plan for the first full run across the catalog. It sits beside the button, never in front of it.

Card payments processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe and are never held by Feedmind. Annual invoicing by bank transfer is available on Scale, by arrangement with sales@getfeedmind.com.

Charges already made are not refunded on cancellation, since the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Where we have billed in error, we correct it. The refund policy states this in full.
