Acceptable use policy
Feedmind writes content to real storefronts and calls third party models on your behalf. This policy sets the limits that makes that safe for everyone, and it forms part of the terms of service.
1. Content you may not publish through Feedmind
- Product claims you know or should know to be false, including invented specifications, certifications, safety ratings or test results.
- Content that infringes another party's intellectual property, including copied competitor descriptions and unlicensed brand names.
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or that promotes products whose sale is prohibited in the market you sell to.
- Health, medical or nutritional claims that the applicable regime does not permit for that product.
- Content designed to mislead an automated system rather than inform a buyer, including keyword stuffing, hidden text and misleading structured data that contradicts the visible page.
Drafted content is a proposal. Approving it is your publication decision, and this policy applies to what you approve.
2. Conduct you may not engage in
- Using Feedmind on a store you are not authorised to modify.
- Circumventing platform rate limits, authorisation models or scope restrictions, or asking us to.
- Sharing one account across separate businesses, or reselling access without a written agreement.
- Attempting to extract, replicate or reverse engineer our scoring logic, prompts or models, including by systematic automated querying.
- Probing, scanning or load testing our infrastructure without written permission. Good faith security research reported to security@getfeedmind.com is welcome and is not a breach.
- Interfering with another customer's use of the service.
3. Scanning other people's storefronts
The free domain check is intended for stores you own or work on. It fetches a small sample of public pages, respects robots directives and identifies itself honestly. Using it to scan third party domains at volume, or to build a competitive dataset, is not permitted.
4. Fair use of credits and jobs
Included credits and scan cadence are sized for normal catalog operation. Automated patterns that consume capacity far beyond that, for example repeatedly regenerating the same drafts to sample model output, may be rate limited. We will contact you before taking any action that affects your work.
5. What happens if this policy is breached
Where circumstances allow, we contact you first and give you a chance to correct it. Where they do not, for example ongoing unlawful publication or an active attack on the service, we may suspend the account immediately and inform you afterwards. Repeated or serious breaches end the agreement under the termination clause of the terms.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe a Feedmind account is being used to publish infringing or unlawful content, write to hello@getfeedmind.com with the store and the specific content. We investigate every report and respond to the reporter once it is resolved.
