The questions your pages cannot answer yet, in the words buyers use.
Feedmind asks your product pages the questions a buyer asks before paying, using only what an assistant can actually see on the page. The ones that come back empty are the gap, and they are usually the same handful across a whole category.
A missing answer is an invisible lost sale.
When an assistant cannot confirm that a pannier fits a Brompton rack, it does not ask you. It recommends a product whose page says so. You never see the query, which is why the failure has to be found by simulation rather than by waiting for analytics.
Ask, find the gap, close it once.
Questions drawn from the category
Fit, compatibility, materials, dimensions, care, what is in the box, delivery and warranty, phrased the way buyers phrase them rather than the way catalogs do.
Answered only from the page
The simulation is restricted to what is visible on the product page to a machine. If the answer lives in a PDF, an image or your customer service inbox, it counts as missing.
One answer, three places
When you write the answer it can be added to the description, published as an FAQ block and emitted as FAQ markup, so an assistant can quote it directly.
Repeated questions surface as patterns
When the same question fails on 84 products it is shown once as a batch rather than 84 times, and a rule or a single template can close it.
Twenty four questions asked, nine unanswered.
Each row is a question, the product it was asked against, and where the answer came from. Green means the page answered it. Red means an assistant would have to guess, or move on.
Running the simulation and listing the gaps is included. Writing an answer with a model costs one credit per answer. Writing it yourself costs nothing, and publishing it as FAQ markup is always included.
The question set is representative, not exhaustive, and a scan samples your catalog rather than asking every question of every product. We report what the simulation found, and say when a result came from a sample.
