Cancellation and refunds
Feedmind is a monthly subscription that you can end yourself at any time. This page says exactly what happens to the money when you do.
1. Cancelling
Cancel from Plan and billing inside the app. No email, no notice period, no retention call. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free score.
2. What is not refunded
The current period is not refunded on cancellation, because the plan continues to work until it ends. Included credits that were not used in a period are not refunded and do not carry over. Separately purchased credits are not refundable, have no cash value, and remain usable while the account is open.
3. What is refunded
- Billing errors. If we charge the wrong amount, charge after a cancellation, or charge twice, we refund the difference in full, without argument, as soon as it is confirmed.
- Material reduction of the service. If we materially reduce what a paid plan provides and you cancel within the thirty day notice period, the unused part of the period is refunded pro rata.
- Subprocessor objection. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds to a new subprocessor within the notice window and terminate, the unused part of the period is refunded pro rata.
- Failure attributable to us. If a sustained outage on our side prevents you using a paid feature for more than three consecutive days in a period, tell us and we credit or refund that period pro rata.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade is prorated: you pay the difference for the remainder of the current period and the higher limits apply immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal and is not refunded as a difference for the current period, because you keep the higher tier until then.
The catalog add-on follows the number of products we measure in your store, in blocks of 1,000, and moves the same way: an increase is charged immediately and prorated, a decrease takes effect at your next renewal and is not refunded for the period already paid. An increase of more than ten percent of the catalog last billed, or one that crosses into a different plan, waits for your approval before anything is charged.
A trial that you cancel before it ends is not refunded, because nothing was charged: the first charge falls on day fifteen. If a trial converted and you did not intend it to, write to us with the invoice number and we will treat it under section 3 rather than leave you arguing about it.
5. Business customers and withdrawal rights
Feedmind is sold to businesses. The consumer right of withdrawal under EU distance selling rules does not apply. The commitments on this page are given contractually, not because they are required.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank. A corrected invoice or credit note is issued at the same time.
7. Asking
Write to support@getfeedmind.com with the invoice number or the charge date. If the case falls under section 3 we do not ask you to justify it further. If it does not, we will tell you plainly rather than leaving the request open.
