Feedmind
Capability · Multi-language

Your German store is not a translation problem, it is a substance problem.

Most multi-language catalogs translate the title and the first paragraph and leave the specification table, the FAQ and the metafields in the source language, or empty. An assistant answering in German reads the German page, finds less, and recommends someone else.

The problem

Translated is not the same as complete.

Parity is measured field by field against the source locale: description length and substance, specifications present, identifiers carried across, FAQ answered, schema emitted in the right language. A locale can be fully translated and still score thirty eight.

How it works

Find the lag, size it, close it in batches.

01

A score per locale, not one average

Each locale is scored on its own, and the gap to the source locale is what the parity dimension measures. You can see immediately whether the problem is one language or all of them.

02

Field level differences

The comparison names the field: specifications absent, description under half the source length, identifiers missing, FAQ present in English only, schema emitted without a language tag.

03

Batches per locale

Parity work is proposed as a locale batch, for example 240 German pages brought level with their English source, with one estimate and one approval.

04

Rules keep it level

Once closed, a rule can require the same fields in every locale, so the next supplier import does not reopen the gap in German only.

The comparison

Field by field, against the source locale.

This is what a parity score is made of. German descriptions carry 41 percent of the substance of their English source, and the specification table is absent on nearly four in five German pages.

Cost
Included on every tier

Measuring parity is included. Deterministic carry across, such as identifiers, specifications from metafields and schema language tags, is included. Only drafted translations of prose spend credits, at one to two per product.

What we do not claim

Feedmind is not a translation memory or a language service, and we do not claim to produce publication quality marketing prose in a language you do not read. Drafted locale copy is reviewable exactly like every other change.
