Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Feedmind. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Where a clause limits what you can expect from us, it says so plainly.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Feedmind is operated by Feedmind S.a r.l. (in formation), a company established in Luxembourg City, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In these terms, we, us and Feedmind mean that company. You and your mean the business that opens an account.
These terms apply to the Feedmind website, the free domain check, the connected application including the Shopify app, and any support we provide. By opening an account or using the free check you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. The service
Feedmind reads product content from your storefront or, once connected, through the Shopify API. It scores that content against a published methodology, proposes changes, and writes approved changes back to your store. It produces drafted content using third party language models where you ask it to.
The service is provided as software as a service. We may change, improve or discontinue individual features. Where a change materially reduces the service on a paid plan, we will give you at least thirty days notice by email and you may cancel with a pro rata refund of the unused period.
What the service does not promise. Feedmind measures and improves how machine readable and answerable your product content is. It does not promise, and cannot promise, any level of traffic, ranking, visibility, recommendation by any AI assistant, or revenue. Estimated score movements shown in the interface are labelled EST and are estimates of score effect only.
3. Your account
You must give accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of your sign in method. Tell us promptly at support@getfeedmind.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Accounts are for business use. Feedmind is not offered to consumers, and the consumer withdrawal rights under Luxembourg and EU consumer law therefore do not apply.
4. Your store and your approvals
You grant Feedmind access to your store through the platform's own authorisation flow, and you can revoke it at any time. Read access lets us score your catalog. Write access is granted separately and is used only to publish changes you have approved in the interface.
You remain responsible for the content published to your store, including content Feedmind drafted and you approved. Review before approving. Where a draft could not be sourced from your own product data, the interface marks the gap rather than filling it.
5. Subscriptions, prices and billing
The score and the diagnosis are free, and so is the Free plan, which also lets you apply rule based fixes to a limited working set of products. Paid plans are Starter at 99 euro, Growth at 249 euro and Scale at 599 euro per month, excluding VAT, as published on the pricing page. Above 25,000 products a catalog add-on continues the price in published marginal bands, charged per block of 1,000 products. Every price we charge is published; none is quoted individually.
A paid plan may start with a 14 day trial where your catalog is 25,000 products or fewer, once per account. A valid payment method is required to start the trial and nothing is charged during it. The first charge is taken on day fifteen at the plan price then applicable, unless you cancel before the trial ends, in which case you are charged nothing. Cancelling during a trial is done from Plan and billing and needs no contact with us.
Where your catalog exceeds the products included in your plan, the catalog add-on follows the number of products we measure, in blocks of 1,000. We measure that number ourselves from the catalog we have synchronised from your store; you are never asked to declare it. An increase is charged immediately and prorated for the remainder of the current period. A decrease takes effect at your next renewal and is not refunded for the current period. An increase of more than ten percent of the catalog last billed, or one that crosses into a different plan, is not charged: it waits for your approval in Plan and billing, and until you approve it your bill does not change. We notify you by email in each of these cases.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The first subscription is paid through the hosted checkout of our payment processor, where card and billing details are collected. Later charges are taken automatically from the stored payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You may cancel at any time from Plan and billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and the plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
VAT is added where applicable. A valid EU VAT identification number outside Luxembourg results in a reverse charge invoice at zero percent. Prices may change with thirty days notice by email, never within a period already paid for.
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid after fourteen days we may suspend the paid features of the account. Your score and data remain accessible during suspension.
6. Credits
Deterministic work, including scoring, rescoring, structured data, identifier mapping, markup and content rules, is included in every plan and consumes no credits. Credits are consumed only when a language model drafts content at your request.
Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance which resets at renewal and does not carry over. The Free plan includes no credits; credits on Free are bought as top-ups. One credit is one artificial intelligence run for one product, covering all of its fields and all of the languages you have enabled, so a credit is consumed per product rather than per field. The price per credit depends on your plan and is published on the pricing page. Credits purchased separately do not expire while your account is open, are not refundable, and have no cash value. You are shown an estimate before a batch is generated and are charged for runs produced, not for runs rejected before generation.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Feedmind to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to generate product claims you know to be false, to circumvent the rate limits or authorisation model of any platform, to resell the service without a written agreement, or to attempt to extract our models, prompts or scoring logic by automated means. The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
Feedmind, including the software, the scoring methodology and the interface, remains ours. You receive a non exclusive, non transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription.
Your catalog content remains yours. Content drafted by Feedmind at your request becomes yours on approval, and we claim no licence over your published product content beyond what is needed to provide the service. We may refer to aggregate, non identifying statistics across our customer base, for example the share of catalogs missing identifiers. We will not name you as a customer without your written permission.
9. Third party services
Feedmind depends on Shopify, on our infrastructure providers and on third party language model providers. Their availability and their terms are outside our control. The current list of subprocessors is published and maintained.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that scores are free of judgement, or that any specific outcome will follow from using it.
11. Liability
Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from this agreement in any twelve month period is limited to the total fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for loss or corruption of data to the extent it results from content you approved for publication.
12. Term and termination
These terms apply while you have an account. You may close your account at any time from Settings, Security. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, with notice where circumstances allow, and immediately where they do not.
On termination, access ends, any active subscription is cancelled, and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. Fees already paid are not refunded except as set out in the refund policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least thirty days before they take effect, and the version and date at the top of this page always identify the text in force. Continuing to use the service after that date means the new version applies.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, excluding its conflict of law rules. The courts of Luxembourg City have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
